RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with original tags attached.

Proof of purchase or your Shop Socacize order number may be required.

FINAL SALE

Items identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error.

We recommend using a trackable return shipping method where available. Shop Socacize is not responsible for return packages lost in transit before they are received by us.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, our team will advise you of the available options.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, where applicable.

We will review the issue and provide next steps.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order products are subject to the same return eligibility requirements unless the product is specifically identified as Final Sale.

Estimated pre-order fulfillment dates may change due to production circumstances. A change to an estimated fulfillment date does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
