ORDERS

How do I know my order was received?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review your order details and shipping address carefully.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined. Eligible discounts will be applied according to the terms of the promotion.

PRE-ORDERS

What does PRE-ORDER mean?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is ready to ship. Products available for pre-order are clearly identified on the product page and include an estimated fulfillment timeframe.

When will my pre-order ship?

Please refer to the estimated fulfillment timeframe shown on the individual product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to production or circumstances outside our control.

What happens if I order an in-stock item with a pre-order item?

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order merchandise may ship together once all items are available. If you would like an in-stock item shipped separately, we recommend placing a separate order.

SHIPPING

Where does Shop Socacize ship?

We ship within Canada, to the United States, and to select international destinations. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $100 or more within Canada and the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Transit times begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Pre-order fulfillment time is separate from the carrier's shipping/transit time.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available for your selected shipping service, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.

Some economy international shipping services may not include tracking.

Will I have to pay duties or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?

Eligible unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Items identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, where applicable. Our team will review the issue and assist you.

SIZING & PRODUCTS

How do I choose my size?

Please review the Fit & Sizing information on the individual product page and our Size Guide before ordering. Fit may vary by product.

Many Socacize® Essential pieces have a comfortable unisex fit. Product-specific fit information takes priority when provided.

How should I care for my Socacize® apparel?

Care instructions are provided on each product page. Following those instructions will help maintain the fit, print and appearance of your apparel.

Will colours look exactly the same as they do online?

We do our best to display product colours accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.
